About Us
Thomas Marine Construction provides comprehensive bridge and civil structure services. Our team’s additional site work and roadway capabilities allow us to manage nearly every phase of construction, including serving as the prime contractor on heavy civil projects.
Each of our crews is led by a superintendent who's been doing this for 10 to 30 years — people who know this work inside and out. If you’re looking for a partner for your municipal, private, or structural project, trust our expert team to deliver.

What We Do
Since 1982, we've been building the infrastructure that keeps Southwest Florida moving. Our teams construct bridges and water control structures and maintain the waterways that define our region. We work alongside local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private partners throughout the area, on projects that matter to the people who live here. With recent expansions into roadway construction, site work, and drainage systems, we’re equipped to handle nearly every phase of a project in-house, from start to finish.

Team
Behind all of our projects is a team of experienced engineers, project managers, carpenters, equipment operators, laborers, mechanics, drivers, and support staff. We are people from all walks of life, united by a shared commitment to quality work and mutual respect. With many team members who have been with us for decades, we’re proud to have built a place where people thrive.
Our Values
Choosing What’s Right, Every Time
A Can-do Attitude
A Personal Sense of Responsibility
People Who Value Other People

Our History
What began as a single Fort Myers office in 1982 has grown into a trusted partner for complex bridge, roadway, and civil structure projects across the region. In 2007, we became part of the Owen-Ames-Kimball family, an employee-owned company with more than 130 years of construction expertise. This partnership gives us the financial strength and bonding capacity of a large firm while preserving the personalized service of a local contractor.
